Maja Zagórska (PL)
A Polish visual artist based in Berlin, Maja creates multimedia video designs for stage and screen. Rooted in her Slavic heritage, she draws inspiration from unsettling fairytales to explore tensions—personal, societal, and imagined. Currently completing her PhD at Kunsthochschule Berlin Weissensee, she crafts immersive worlds where fantasy and memory collide. Her work has been presented at Filmfest Dresden, Berliner Festspiele, Neuköllner Oper, and English Theatre Berlin. Together with Joanna Chwiłkowska, she forms the curatorial duo Kujonki.
