URIN (INT)
URIN are a Berlin-based raw punk/d-beat/hardcore band with noise influences, active since 2018. URIN are radical, fast, blown-out and impress on stages with their almost endless energy, experimenting with sound and trying to push the boundaries of hardcore. As an international band with members from Poland, Sweden and Germany, their countless references, eclectic taste and vast experience from their past and other current projects turn the music into a pool of madness. URIN’s sonic world in the words of Maximum Rocknroll: “Blown-out, manipulated, affected, tortured, ferocious, noisy hardcore peaking constantly. The kind of record that makes you gasp when it’s over... because you realize that you’ve been holding your breath.”

With four releases under their belt since 2018, the four-piece hardcore punk/noise outfit feature songs in Polish but a universal visceral energy. While they incorporate experimentation into their sonic practice and aim to be as chaotic and noisy as possible, the tight execution of their songs and intense energy levels – especially live – have won them a devoted following worldwide.
Past shows include tours in Colombia, Indonesia, Malaysia, USA, UK & Europe, and appearances at a plethora of cutting edge festivals like: CTM (DE), Berlin Atonal (DE), Bad Bonn (CH), Static Shock (UK), Creepy Teepee (CZ) or K-Town Festival (DK). The band has played around 130 shows to this date.
URIN have released on internationally renowned record labels, e.g.: Never Sleep (DE), Iron Lung Records (USA) or Static Age (DE).
For years URIN have been collaborating closely with Stachu Szumski. The Polish artist is responsible for the visual side of the band’s output.
